Overview

iRecruitMD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a large, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Banos, California. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive outpatient primary care in a collaborative environment dedicated to serving diverse and underserved communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform routine physical exams, preventive care, and health screenings
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and patient education
  • Document care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health efforts

Required skills

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Active or eligible state license
  • Primary care or family medicine experience preferred
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records
