The Curare Group, Inc is seeking a Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant to join their Value Based preventative medicine clinic in New York City. This role emphasizes quality care for local Medicare patient populations through comprehensive preventive services and personalized wellness plans.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive preventive care for Medicare patients
  • Develop and implement personalized wellness plans
  • Collaborate closely with other APPs and Physicians
  • Participate in educational and social activities to support patient well-being

Required skills

  • 2+ years of NP/PA experience
  • Experience with Geriatric care
  • Fluent medical Spanish
  • Interest in practicing Value-Based Healthcare
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with EPIC and proprietary EHR systems
