Overview

Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their multi-specialty group near Swansea, Massachusetts. This full-time, permanent position emphasizes a supportive, patient-centered environment and offers a favorable work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide care for family medicine patients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Work a 4-5 day schedule per week with no nights or weekends

Required skills

  • Completion of a U.S. Residency Program and, if applicable, fellowship training
  • Active or pending Massachusetts State License
  • Clean malpractice record and valid DEA Certificate
  • Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
  • 1+ years of experience as a Primary Care NP or PA preferred
  • Strong work ethic
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Bilingual (Portuguese) skills are a plus
