Summit Recruiting Group is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, permanent position in Phoenix, NY. This role involves joining a new family practice set to open in Winter 2026, where the clinician will collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive outpatient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose patients in a family medicine practice
  • Develop care plans in accordance with practice protocols
  • Obtain complete medical histories and perform physical examinations
  • Order diagnostic tests and make referrals for specialty consultations
  • See new and established patients in a clinic setting

Required skills
