The Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is seeking a Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant to join its team at the Toppenish Medical Dental Clinic. This position emphasizes a patient-centered approach to healthcare, serving diverse and underserved communities with compassion and commitment to high-quality care.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel and develop patient relationships
  • Participate in a team-based approach to patient care
  • Serve a largely migrant and Latino community
  • Assist in translation and patient care as needed

Required skills

  • Advanced Practice Clinician qualifications
  • Experience in community health or with underserved populations
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
