Overview

RecruitWell is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a permanent position in San Jose, California. The role is situated in an outpatient, FQHC setting, accommodating a diverse patient population and focusing on community health.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide healthcare services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Manage and assess patient care during clinical visits
  • Work part-time 2-5 days per week based on availability
  • Participate in rotating phone call duties
  • See 15-20 patients per day
  • Collaborate with interpreters as necessary for patient communication

Required skills

  • Board certified or board eligible Family Nurse Practitioner
  • 2+ years' post-training experience
  • EMR Proficiency with EPIC
  • Bilingual communication skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a diverse community health environment
