Overview

Medicorp, Inc. dba Physician Empire is looking for a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in the San Jose, California suburban area. The role focuses on adult patient care, requiring a primary care background and offering options for full-time or part-time work.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a patient load of 20-25 patients per day
  • Perform in office procedures such as Pap smears, injections, EKGs, and wound care
  • Work collaboratively with existing physicians and nurse practitioners
  • May require working at two office locations as needed

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in primary care
  • Experience with adult care patients
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR software
  • Skills in performing injections and wound care
