This role offers a flexible assignment with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while experiencing Western Michigan s rich natural landscapes and family-friendly attractions.Must have completed a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and be Board Certified or Eligible.Credentialling and onboarding takes 4-6 weeksResponsibilities:Evaluation of new and returning outpatientsResponsible for prescribing medications as neededOrder labs, imaging and other pertinent testsInitial screening of patients to determine eligibilityResponsible for coordination, evaluation, treatment, and overall medical management for eligible Veterans evaluated and treated within the clinicHours & Schedule:Business Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding federal holidays).Items Required for Submission:Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school- written explanations are acceptedOne active, unrestricted State License in any stateCurrent DEABLS- American Heart Association (AHA) required3 Current ReferencesContactValentina Perez
