Overview

Hamilton County Hospital is seeking a Family Practice - Without OB Physician who desires a highly compensated and flexible practice environment. This position allows physicians to live anywhere they choose while offering two distinct practice models that prioritize work-life balance and lifestyle stability.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in outpatient clinic settings
  • Participate in inpatient rounding (acute daily, skilled weekly, LTC monthly)
  • Handle ER call from home with low patient volume
  • Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) remotely
  • Occasional visits to other hospitals for executive team duties

Required skills

  • Experience in Family Medicine and Primary Care
  • Ability to provide Telemedicine services
  • Strong patient care capabilities
  • Flexibility in scheduling and work-life balance

What the company offers

  • Compensation of $400,000-$425,000/year for single physician model or $300,000/year per physician in the team model
  • 26 weeks/year on-site or shared community coverage depending on the model
  • 10 to 25 weeks of vacation annually based on model selection
