Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a part-time Family Medicine Physician for their Batavia, NY location. This role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility with no nights, call, or weekend responsibilities, focusing on wound management in a mobile practice setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at various facilities
  • Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing and long-term acute care hospitals
  • Utilize proprietary wound-specific EMR for real-time clinical documentation
  • Participate in a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
  • Engage in paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in family medicine and wound care
  • Clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a mobile practice setting
