Overview

All Medical Personnel is seeking a Family Practice Physician or Nurse Practitioner for ongoing per diem shifts in Rockford, Illinois. The role focuses on outpatient corporate health and wellness for employees and their families, emphasizing wellness, prevention, and primary care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient care concentrating on wellness and prevention
  • Treat acute episodic and primary care cases, including common ailments such as colds and flu
  • Manage patients aged 2 years and older at a rate of 2-3 patients per hour
  • Utilize Athena EMR system for patient records
  • Ensure compliance with state medical licensing and CPR certification

Required skills

  • State medical license

  • 1 year of experience in a primary care setting
