Overview

BAS Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to join their team in Superior, Wisconsin. This position offers a supportive team environment within a state-of-the-art clinic connected to a Critical Access Hospital, providing comprehensive healthcare services and access to various specialists.

Key responsibilities

  • Practice within a multi-specialty group including Family Practice and Internal Medicine
  • Work with an existing team of healthcare providers and behavioral health professionals
  • Participate in weekend and weeknight clinic calls on a rotating basis
  • Optionally provide obstetrics services and participate in the community-wide OB Group
  • Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for patient care
  • Manage complex cases with the support of a larger medical center nearby

Required skills

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Experience in patient-centered care
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records, specifically EPIC
  • Skills in team leadership and clinical coordination
  • Telehealth experience and knowledge in behavioral health management
