Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a full-time Civilian Medical Officer of the Day for the Battle Creek VA in Michigan. The position involves treating inpatients in various units, including Long Term Care and Psychiatry, without the complications of billing based on patient visits.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide medical care to inpatients
  • Work within Long Term Care and Psychiatric units
  • Serve during designated hours from 6pm-7am
  • Address both acute and chronic psychiatric conditions
  • Engage with an appreciative and respectful patient population

Required skills

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Any State Medical License
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification
