BAS Healthcare is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join their outpatient clinic team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will involve providing a range of primary care services, including routine exams and chronic care management, in a growing outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient primary care services
  • Conduct routine exams and preventive care
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Administer immunizations and conduct telehealth sessions
  • Participate in work/school/travel exams
  • See patients aged 18 and older
  • Utilize EMR system (Athena)
  • Work 3-4 days per week with the option for a fourth day
