Overview

Concord Physicians Solutions is seeking a Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens position in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role involves providing adult outpatient primary care within a team-based care model, focusing on patient collaboration and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide adult primary care services in an outpatient setting
  • Manage approximately 18 patients per day with a standard visit length of 30 minutes
  • Conduct occasional urgent visits and longer new patient visits
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers, medical residents, and support staff
  • Utilize onsite behavioral health and specialty services as needed

Required skills

  • MD/DO in Adult Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
  • Active Massachusetts medical license preferred
  • DEA and CSR certifications required
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Familiarity with Dragon dictation
