HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their growing Primary Care team in Decatur, Illinois. This position offers a 100% outpatient practice with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, minimal call, and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care
  • Manage patient health and wellness
  • Collaborate with a strong support staff
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records
  • Participate in shared phone call duties

Required skills

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted Illinois medical license
  • Experience in outpatient care
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
