Responsibilities Provide comprehensive counsel and legal support to clients in matters of FamilyLaw including divorce, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence, and otherrelated areas. Analyze, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents relevant to FamilyLaw. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of New Jersey State and Federal Laws relevant toFamily Law. Foster strong relationships with clients, offering them reassurance and empatheticadvice during stressful times. Contribute positively to the Williams Law Group culture. Actively manage a case load of Family Law matters. Manage and delegate legal work to a paralegal. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing. 5+ years of experience practicing Family Law. Trial experience. Demonstrated proficiency in handling sensitive Family Law matters with discretionand integrity. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
