What You'll Work On As a Family Law Attorney, you'll help clients navigate some of the most important and challenging moments of their lives, including: Divorce and legal separation matters Child custody and parenting time disputes Child support and spousal maintenance cases Post-decree modifications Settlement negotiations and mediation Court hearings and litigation matters You'll work directly with clients, develop legal strategies, prepare pleadings and motions, negotiate resolutions, and represent clients in court-all while receiving support from an experienced legal team and dedicated operational staff.
