Overview

Cargill is looking for a Factory Worker to join their protein and salt business in Ford, Kansas. This role supports the processing of beef and involves tasks such as trimming, weighing, labeling, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Trim to remove fat, hide, defects, or contamination from muscle and tissues
  • Support roles in the processing of beef
  • Use a knife or other tools as required
  • Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products
  • Ensure food safety and quality
