Overview

Cargill is seeking a Factory Worker to join their protein and salt business in Ingalls, Kansas. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality food products while working in a safe and sustainable environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Trimming to remove fat, hides, defects, or contamination from muscle and tissues
  • Supporting roles in the processing of beef
  • General use of a knife or other tools
  • Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished products
  • Ensuring food safety and quality

Required skills

  • Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Meat processing experience (preferred)
  • Previous work experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred)
  • Knife skills
