Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on sitedaily to support general facility operations, able to assess and complete basic repairs, and provide guidance and oversight to the dedicated facilities team. Qualified candidates will have commercial maintenance experience, including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills. Ability to be on call for emergency repairs as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems as requiredExperience with HVAC is a plusAbility to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc.Oversee staff, assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.Support fire systems / life fire safety complianceSupport training of staff members on floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.) Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.Maintain site supplies inventoryDevelop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetingsManage work orders within a work order management systemManage bid for services Escalate critical tasks for added support when needed QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance and support (including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills)Strong mechanical aptitudeStrong leadership, with servant leadership mindsetAbility to troubleshoot general maintenance issuesAbility to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of personsAbility to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfactionMust be able to pass background check and drug screening BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTDPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCompany-match Retirement Savings Plan tdgFacilities is full-service facilities management company based in Cincinnati, OH with over 6M square feet under management in OH, IN, KY, TN, GA, AL & FL.
