Overview

TDG Facilities LLC is seeking a full-time Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their team in Northern Kentucky. The role involves performing general maintenance tasks, including HVAC repairs, electrical and plumbing work, and building upkeep for a large education facility client.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general building maintenance tasks
  • Conduct timely repairs and scheduled maintenance on building equipment
  • Execute fire system tests and inspections
  • Handle general break/fix, light carpentry, and light plumbing
  • Provide on-call assistance for clean-ups and emergencies
  • Diagnose and repair minor HVAC system issues
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs
  • Manage truck stock and inventory
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Use technology to modify and monitor work orders

Required skills

  • 4+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with HVAC diagnosis experience
  • Knowledge of electrical repairs, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Detail-oriented
