Overview

TDG Facilities LLC is seeking a full-time Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician in the Northern Kentucky area to support a large educational facility. The role involves extensive knowledge in corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance across various technical disciplines, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general building maintenance and timely repairs
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance on building equipment and fire system tests
  • Diagnose general maintenance and minor HVAC system issues
  • Execute general plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities
  • Maintain truck stock and inventory
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Utilize computer/mobile devices for work order management
  • Be available for on-call emergencies

Required skills

  • 4+ years of experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and HVAC diagnosis experience
  • Knowledge in plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry
  • Effective communication skills
  • Highly organized and excellent time management
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently or within a team
