Job Description

Overview

The Facilities Operations Manager at JLL will oversee the management and operation of properties in alignment with client directives. This role emphasizes exceptional service delivery in property maintenance and operations while ensuring client satisfaction and optimal property performance through strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems
  • Maintain client satisfaction and develop positive client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contractor quality control
  • Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements
  • Facilitate work order management for maintenance teams and vendors
  • Enforce safety training requirements and local compliance
  • Support implementation of cost-reduction programs
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years industry experience
  • Knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and CMMS systems
