Strong experience overseeing facility systems, maintenance programs, and capital projects. Experience managing and developing maintenance or engineering teams. Hands-on understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and control systems. Experience with preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and facility operations. Strong project management experience, including vendor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and energy-efficiency practices. Experience with building management systems, maintenance management software, or technical system integrations is preferred. Interested in hearing more?
