In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our facilities safe, clean, compliant, operationally ready, and equipped to support quality patient care, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties: Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including work orders, repairs, maintenance, inspections, facility rounds, and vendor services across multiple locations.Coordinate Environment of Care activities, preventive maintenance, fire and life safety requirements, inspections, and corrective actions to support regulatory and accreditation readiness.Lead Environmental Services operations by supervising staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring cleanliness and quality, and ensuring appropriate cleaning and disinfection standards.Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers while maintaining strong relationships, service documentation, and follow-through on facility needs.Oversee organizational fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, records, compliance, and service schedules.Coordinate purchasing and inventory activities for facilities and assigned supplies, including obtaining quotes, managing vendors, monitoring inventory, and supporting cost-effective purchasing.Supervise, coach, and support assigned staff while identifying operational issues, coordinating solutions, and escalating matters requiring leadership direction or additional resources.What We Offer Attending to your needs today: Your ideas, input, and contributions are valued and recognized.
