Overview

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities, including carpentry, light electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance support.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general building maintenance including on-demand repairs and scheduled maintenance
  • Conduct light electrical, plumbing, and general systems maintenance
  • Troubleshoot general building repair issues
  • Assist with small project work and provide special project support
  • Conduct periodic safety inspections and respond to proactive facilities requests
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in client meetings
  • Use computer systems for work order management

Required skills

  • 2+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Effective communication and time management skills
  • Ability to self-manage and deliver quality service
  • Knowledge of HVAC maintenance, electrical repair, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
