Job Description Job Description Facilities & IT Coordinator The Facilities & IT Coordinator will assist the Operations Team with facility and information technology needs across the agency. The position will be required to work regularly scheduled evenings on Monday and Tuesday nights as well as weekends as needed. Essential Responsibilities: Serve as Front Desk Receptionist for evening operating hoursAct as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by staffDiagnose and resolve basic software, hardware, networking, printer, and peripheral equipment issuesInstall, configure, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripheral componentsProvide technical support through phone, email, remote assistance, and in-personServe as a full backup for the IT Manager, handling support requests in their absenceRespond to first tier facilities, maintenance, and operational requests in a timely mannerAssist with external and internal events set up and tear downProvide A/V support for internal and external eventsCoordinate service calls with vendors to address maintenance needs and ensure building systems and equipment remain functionalPerform light maintenance tasks, as neededOrder and maintain inventory of building supplies to ensure adequate stock levelsOrganize agency physical resources, including lifting and moving objects weighing 20-40 lbsPerforms other tasks as required. This work may include, but is not limited to:Interacting with clients and community members relative to assigned tasks;Participating in departmental and organizational meetings and events;Performing other assigned duties as necessary for the successful operation of the organization.QualificationsMinimum Education & Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Two (2) years of experience in facilities, operations, maintenance, or administrative support roles preferred.Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and general maintenance practices preferred.Knowledge, Skills, & Ability Requirements:Eagerness to provide excellent customer service to staff and clientsWillingness to learn current technical set up and systemsAbility to anticipate problems and willing to find solutionsAbility to exhibit a professional, courteous demeanorAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced multi-priority environmentWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Ability to effectively plan work activities, schedules, priorities and utilization of resourcesAcute attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of various teamsAbility to communicate and interact effectively with a diverse group of individualsCan lift and carry objects up to 40 lbs as neededCPR and AED certified (preferred)Missouri Notary (preferred)Fluent in a second language (preferred) JOIN US!
