Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're a small manufacturing company in Pennsylvania building Edgers, Truss Presses, and Rafter Notchers for the lumber and shed-building industries. We're looking for a fabricator who can hold their own on a MIG gun and wants to build real skills alongside a crew that works hard, keeps it real, and has each other's back.What you'll be doing:Welding on our core product lines - this is the main part of the jobStretches of weeks at a time on machine assembly instead of weldingRunning a lathe, drill press, and other shop equipment as jobs requireLearning our processes from the ground up - you won't be thrown in blindGrowing into more responsibility as your skills developWhat you need on day one:Can run a MIG gun decently - we'll teach you the restComfortable being flexible - one week it's welding, the next it might be assembly or running other machinesGood with your hands and motivated to get work done without someone standing over youWilling to learn, ask questions, and put in the workReliable and shows up ready to goWhat we offer:Full-time position with some flexibility on start/end times$50,000-$75,000, based on experienceA hardworking, no-nonsense shop that still treats people like peopleWe're a small, family-owned operation - the shop sits on the same property as our home, so our kids are sometimes around outside (not in the shop).
