Overview

The Fabrication Technician role at Harken involves providing high-quality fabrication, assembly, and shipping of products for Cascade Rescue customers. The position places a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and the effective use of various tools and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble products with a high degree of accuracy
  • Select and utilize appropriate hand and power tools for various jobs
  • Measure and determine lengths and yield of raw materials
  • Read and comprehend work-related documents and drawings
  • Solve manufacturing issues using available tools
  • Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely manner
  • Setup and operate a Manual Lathe and Manual Mill
  • Perform other duties as assigned
