SUMMARY: Perform all essential Extrusion functions and, as directed be able to perform a wide variety of Mill operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary function is to participate in all capacities in the effective operation of the Extrusion Press. Perform all operations as it would relate to billet cutting and loading, stacking tooling and loading, catching, block busting and processing material once extruded. Must be able to perform a wide variety of Mill operations such as but not limited to pointing and setting up and drawing and straightening materials. Will assist in training of new employees when required. Will adhere to Companywide safety policies and practices.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of computer operation and related software required.REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to cany out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram fo1m. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Operate forklift truck (will be licensed in accordance with OSHA power industrial truck operator requirements.)PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
