Extruder Operator - Second ShiftResponsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities- Set up and operate production equipment- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks- Train and mentor production team members- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies- Maintain accurate production records and reportsRequirements:- Reliable- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience as a lead operator of a twin screw extruder- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment operation- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
