Overview

As the Express Manager at 10 Fitness in Conway, Arkansas, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience, supporting a positive community focused on health and fitness. This leadership position requires a commitment to upholding company values, managing operations, and ensuring member satisfaction while contributing to a clean and safe environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Uphold and deliver the 10 Fitness member experience
  • Communicate effectively with Corporate leadership and Human Resources
  • Manage club expenses and payroll by controlling P&L
  • Maintain inventory and manage cash handling procedures
  • Ensure all members and guests are greeted and supported with their fitness goals
  • Handle member service issues and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Promote and sell memberships and personal training
  • Complete required training and professional development activities

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales/customer service
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR/AED certification
  • 10 Fitness approved Personal Training Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology preferred

  • Base hourly rate of $20.00 - $24.00
