Key responsibilities

  • Uphold and deliver the 10 Fitness member experience with honesty and commitment
  • Communicate with corporate leadership on member and sales-related issues
  • Manage staffing changes and ensure a safe work environment
  • Control expenses and manage inventory effectively
  • Achieve monthly and yearly financial club goals
  • Ensure all members are greeted warmly and receive assistance with their fitness goals
  • Handle member service issues and inquiries professionally
  • Maintain club cleanliness and safety standards
  • Champion company values and provide high-quality services

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales/customer service
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • CPR/AED certification required
  • 10 Fitness approved Personal Training Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology preferred

  • Base hourly range: $20.00 - $24.00
