Overview

As the Export Control Manager at Bosch Group, you will provide expert guidance on national and international regulations, ensuring compliance with ITAR and EAR. You will collaborate with global teams to develop standards and guidelines related to U.S. export controls while managing risk and monitoring legal developments.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage global risk and develop governance requirements in export control fields.
  • Monitor legal developments in U.S. export control laws and assess their business impact.
  • Support the design and development of the U.S. export control process landscape.
  • Conduct export audits and monitor data analysis related to risk indicators.
  • Act as a contact for business units, central departments, and authorities.

Required skills

  • 8+ years of Export Controls experience, specifically with EAR and ITAR regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. export control laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Internal audit skills and the ability to research regulations.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
