It's a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.If you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You!The Difference You Make:Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is looking for an Analyst to join the Export & Agency Finance (EAF) team in the US, with a primary focus on Latin America and Multilateral Agencies (MLAs).This role offers exposure to complex international transactions across LatAm markets, working closely with clients, multilaterals, and internal teams globally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the origination, structuring, and execution of EAF transactions, with a focus on Latin America and MLA-backed financings (e.g., IDB, IFC, CAF).Assist in transactions end-to-end, from initial pitch through closing, including preparation of presentations, term sheets, and credit materials.Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow analysis and profitability metrics.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Markets, Syndication) across multiple geographies.Support client relationship management, including preparing pitchbooks and participating in client meetings, particularly in LatAm markets.Contribute to credit approval processes, due diligence, and transaction documentation.Monitor portfolio performance and stay up to date on market trends, MLAs, ECAs, and geopolitical developments impacting the region.What You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
