Overview

Intuit is looking for seasoned Tax Experts to join their TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This role requires engaging with the community to bring in new clients and provide comprehensive tax services while supporting the company's mission to empower customers with their tax needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax in the community and engage with potential clients
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for a range of tax situations
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships
  • Interact with clients in-person and through video communication tools

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
