Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join as Experienced Tax Experts in-store, primarily during the tax season. This role focuses on community engagement, customer service, and tax preparation, allowing you to help clients navigate their tax needs while building long-term relationships within the local community.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador, representing TurboTax and engaging with new prospects
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for clients
  • Facilitate tax discovery sessions and reviews to identify deductions and optimize tax liabilities
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships
  • Utilize TurboTax marketing support and tools to assist clients both in-person and virtually

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Proficiency with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
