Overview

Intuit is seeking dedicated Tax Experts to join their team at new TurboTax locations in the U.S. on a seasonal basis. In this role, you will leverage your tax expertise to assist customers with tax preparation and advice while fostering community engagement and growing TurboTax's client base.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with local prospects and nurturing leads.
  • Provide full-service tax return preparation and advice for a variety of tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest.
  • Interact with clients both in-person and through video communication tools.

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience filing a minimum of 50 federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and ability to obtain state licenses or certificates.
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
