Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated Tax Experts to join their TurboTax locations across the U.S. on a seasonal basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax preparation services, building relationships with new customers, and enhancing the community's engagement with tax-related services.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador by engaging with prospects and nurturing leads.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients with varying tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and maximize refunds.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
  • Utilize Intuit's tools to interact with customers both in-person and virtually.
  • Participate in local marketing and events to promote TurboTax services.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience
  • At least 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual tax returns
  • Familiar with Circular 230 and possesses an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Available for flexible scheduling including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
