Your role is crucial in maintaining high occupancy levels, promoting our properties, and ensuring resident satisfaction. If you have a passion for customer service, sales, and real estate, particularly in affordable housing, we want to hear from you!Job DutiesGreet and assist prospective residents: Provide property tours and showcase available units, focusing on low-income housing benefits.Respond to inquiries: Follow up to convert leads into leases, with a focus on Tax Credit and Section 8 programs.Process applications and leases: Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for low-income housing.Stay informed: Maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, and housing regulations.Build relationships: Address current residents' needs and concerns promptly.Inspect property: Ensure it remains clean and well-maintained.Market the property: Assist with online listings, social media promotions, and community outreach.Participate in events: Foster community and enhance resident satisfaction.QualificationsExperience: 2 - 3+ years in leasing, property management, or related fields preferred.Specialized knowledge: Experience with Tax Credit and Section 8 housing is a plus.Software proficiency: Experience with Yardi or AppFolio is a plus.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.Organizational abilities: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; property management software experience is a plus.Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in real estate or business administration is a plus.
