Overview

Carter Myers Automotive is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor for their high-volume operation at Williamsburg Ford. This role offers a strong earning potential between $75,000 and $125,000, with a focus on providing excellent customer service while managing a busy service lane.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a daily service lane and build long-term customer relationships
  • Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to keep work moving efficiently
  • Proactively update customers throughout the repair process
  • Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every visit

Required skills

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor in a franchised automotive dealership
  • Experience with dealership DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP, or similar)
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance and repair needs
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and teamwork
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
