We are seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and know how to provide friendly, attentive service while managing a busy section.Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Cypress Street Pint & Plate has been a neighborhood favorite for more than 20 years. What We Are Looking For Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is requiredStrong knowledge of restaurant service steps and guest hospitalityAbility to confidently manage a busy sectionExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsComfortable recommending menu items, craft beer, cocktails, and other beveragesAbility to remain calm, professional, and positive during high-volume shiftsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedWillingness to assist coworkers and contribute wherever neededAbility to accurately enter orders and responsibly handle guest paymentsMust be available to work weekends, holidays, and late-night closing shifts Position Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, knowledgeable serviceGuide guests through the food and beverage menuAccurately take and enter orders into the POS systemMonitor tables throughout the dining experienceCommunicate clearly with bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants, and managementDeliver food and beverages efficiently and accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization within assigned sectionsComplete opening, running, and closing side workFollow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, and company policiesWork as part of the team to ensure every guest receives excellent service Schedule Requirements Applicants must have flexible availability, including:Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shiftsLate-night shiftsDay or Evening shiftsHolidays and other peak-volume periodsLimited weekend availability will not meet the requirements of this position.
