Job Description Job Description Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Screen Burner & Ink Technician with a strong background in production screen printing. This role is critical to maintaining print quality, color consistency, and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.This is not an entry-level position-candidates should have hands-on experience with screen prep, exposure, and professional ink mixing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesBurn and register screens using M&R i-Image S (CTS system)Operate NuArc MSP 3140 exposure unit with consistent, repeatable resultsMix inks using One Stroke Ink mixing system with high accuracyMaintain and adjust ink formulas for color matching and consistencyTroubleshoot exposure, stencil, and ink-related issues proactivelyReclaim, degrease, and prepare screens to production-ready standardsWork closely with press operators to ensure optimal print performanceMaintain strict quality control across all jobsKeep detailed records of ink mixes and screen setupsRequired Experience2+ years in a production screen printing environmentProven experience with screen burning, reclaiming, and ink mixingExperience with CTS systems (M&R preferred)Strong understanding of exposure variables, mesh counts, and emulsion techniquesExperience with professional ink mixing systems (One Stroke or similar)Ability to color match and maintain consistency across repeat ordersWhat We're Looking ForDetail-driven and highly organizedAbility to work independently without constant supervisionStrong troubleshooting skills in a production settingReliable, punctual, and production-mindedTeam player who communicates well with press and production staff Company Description We are a modern, quality-focused shop running M&R equipment and standardized ink systems.
