We are looking for technicians who have experience with HVAC maintenance and repair, can handle apartment turns, service requests, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple trades in a fast-moving environment.Department: Property Operations / MaintenanceReports to: Maintenance ManagerFLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-TimeHourly Wage: $26-$28 per hour (depending on experience)The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and upkeep of apartment communities throughout the portfolio. Responsibilities include apartment turnovers, service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and general repair work involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliances, and other maintenance-related tasks.This role also supports community appearance and safety standards while delivering professional and timely service to residents.
