THREE SHIFTS AVAILABLE ️ AM SHIFTMonday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PMFLEX SHIFTMonday-Friday 11:00 AM-7:00 PMPM SHIFTMonday-Friday 4:00 PM-12:00 AMApplicants should clearly identify AM, FLEX, PM, or OPEN TO ANY SHIFT when applying. ️ MANDATORY TRAINING AVAILABILITY Regardless of the permanent shift selected, ALL NEW HIRES MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM DURING THE INITIAL TRAINING PERIOD.Training is completed during daytime office hours so every new team member receives the same hands-on instruction in our compliance systems, driver procedures, documentation standards, HOS review, ELD monitoring, paper logs, maintenance procedures and daily office operations.If you cannot temporarily attend 8:00 AM-5:00 PM training, please do not apply at this time.After successfully completing training, you will transition to your assigned permanent shift.TRUCKING COMPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDTHIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL GENERAL OFFICE POSITION.Candidates should have previous professional experience in one or more of the following:Trucking • Transportation • Fleet Operations • Safety • Compliance • Logistics • Dispatch • Driver Management HOS KNOWLEDGE IS A MAJOR REQUIREMENT Candidates must have working knowledge of commercial driver Hours of Service (HOS) requirements and be comfortable reviewing driver activity for potential compliance issues.Knowledge or experience should include:• 11-hour driving limit• 14-hour on-duty window• Required off-duty/rest periods• 60/70-hour limits• Recaps and resets• Sleeper-berth concepts• ELD records• Paper logbooks• Identifying missing, incomplete or potentially non-compliant logsHOS/logbook knowledge may be evaluated during the interview or initial training process.COMPENSATION & EVALUATIONWeek 1 - Training: $10.00/hourWeek 2 - Training/Shadowing: $12.50/hourWeeks 3-4: $15.00/hour30-Day Performance EvaluationPerformance and compensation reviews may be conducted approximately every 90 days based on attendance, reliability, accuracy, compliance knowledge, work quality, initiative and overall performance.Overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs.Compensation, overtime and worker classification will be administered in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES DRIVER COMPLIANCE & DAILY COMMUNICATION• Conduct daily driver compliance check-ins• Review required driver communications and documentation• Monitor pre-trip and post-trip inspection submissions• Review driver inspection documentation, photos and videos• Follow up on missing compliance items• Monitor route plans, ETAs and required check-ins• Maintain accurate driver compliance records• Document and escalate repeated compliance issuesHOURS OF SERVICE / ELD / LOGBOOKS• Review HOS activity and available driving hours• Review ELD records for accuracy and potential violations• Review paper logbooks when applicable• Identify missing or incomplete logs• Compare supporting documentation when required• Escalate potential HOS or logbook concerns to management• Maintain organized compliance documentationDRIVER QUALIFICATION & DOT FILES• Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files• Track driver's licenses and medical certificates• Monitor permit and registration expirations• Maintain required driver documentation• Assist with DOT audit preparation• Maintain organized and retrievable compliance records• Follow up on missing or expiring documentsFLEET & MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATION• Track truck maintenance and preven
