Overview

FSI Acquisition Company is seeking an Experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician for full-time work in Elko, NV. This role is ideal for those with over two years of hands-on experience in fire sprinkler installation looking to join a growing company that offers consistent work and opportunities for professional development.

Key responsibilities

  • Install fire sprinkler systems including wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform work in compliance with fire codes, building codes, and OSHA standards
  • Use trade-specific tools and equipment for installations
  • Travel regionally as required, with potential overnight stays
  • Work flexible hours including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Required skills

  • 2+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience
  • Knowledge of fire and building codes and OSHA standards
  • Basic computer and software skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours or on-call
  • Ability to pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen
