Job Description

Overview

The H&K Group is seeking an Experienced Excavator Operator for their Pottstown Division. The ideal candidate should be energetic, motivated, and committed to performing work safely while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies
  • Conduct pre and post trip inspections of equipment daily
  • Operate heavy equipment, including excavators
  • Maintain haul roads and stockpiles
  • Provide excellent customer service on site
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED or one year of related experience
  • Experience operating bulldozer and excavator
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet physical requirements
  • MSHA or other relevant safety certification preferred
