Job Description

Overview

The H&K Group is seeking an Experienced Dozer Operator for their Reading Site Contractors division in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and experienced in operating heavy equipment safely while providing excellent customer service on site.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies.
  • Conduct pre and post trip inspections of equipment daily.
  • Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers and excavators safely.
  • Maintain haul roads and ensure proper product blending.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers on site.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent or one year of related experience.
  • Experience operating bulldozers.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE.
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements.
