Overview

As an Experienced Cake Decorator at Giant Eagle in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, you'll play a vital role in creating beautiful and delicious pastries that enhance our guests' experiences. Your responsibilities will include preparing and decorating cakes and other products while ensuring exemplary customer service and a focus on teamwork and creativity.

Key responsibilities

  • Fill tables and cases with cakes from prep area to sales area
  • Follow procedures to meet out-of-stock percentage goals
  • Apply merchandising principles to generate sales
  • Take special orders from guests in person and over the phone
  • Maintain product quality by checking dates and condition

  • Prepare and decorate cakes, ensuring freshness and proper product rotation
